Since I attended an IT camp at the age of 15, I’ve been drawn to the space between complex systems and the people using them. If you had asked me then what I wanted to do when I grew up, my answer would’ve been: “I want to talk tech and explain it to the people who make it function.” I've found this in content and experience strategy.
